Introduction of Pomegranate Juice Processing Line

Pomegranate is a good source of fibre. It also contains vitamins A, C and E, iron and other antioxidants, and it is claimed to effective against heart disease, high blood pressure, inflammation and some cancers, including prostate cancer.

Pomegranate juice production line is mainly used to extract premium quality-taste and fresh pomegranate juice. The entire juicing process generally includes: elevating> fruit selecting> brush type washing> surfing washing>peeling > pulping.
In pomegranate juice processing line, pomegranate was washed thoroughly after preliminary inspection, then by the elevator the cleaned pomegranates were sent into peeling machine which is unique equipment designed according to the character of pomegranate. After all of the procedures, the skin and seed can be separated perfectly, and then the seeds are pressed into juice with certain pressures to make sure not damage the seeds and squeeze the only pulp into juice.

Fruit elevator

This fruits elevator is used to lift pomegranate to the fruit sorting machine or the surfing washing machine. And mostly composed of bracket, bucket, motor and engineering plastics mesh belt.

Fruit Sorting Machine

The stainless steel chain makes the tube moving revolution, and meanwhile the tubes rotates on the rubber track because of friction, so the pomegranates on the tubes will rotate freely, and the bad ones will be picked up and separated by manual.

Brush and Spray Cleaning Machine for pomegranates

Brush and spray cleaning machine is special equipment manufactured according to the characters of the pomegranates. It uses the food grade transmission and elastic brush cleaning, using the high-speed rotating brush with high pressure spray. The cleaning effect is good, can thoroughly clean the stain on the surface of the pomegranates.

Pomegranate Peeling Machine

Pomegranate peeling machine adopts international advanced technology, designed specially according to the characters of pomegranate. Now pomegranate peeling machine has become the quite ideal equipment to process pomegranate juice and wine.
Pomegranate peeling machine can work either independently or combined with other pomegranate juice processing equipments, the production capacity of the raw materials range from 3t/h to 5t/h which can meet clients’ different requirements.
Working Principle
Pomegranate peeling machine is mainly compose of hopper, crushing device, separating drum, separating seed drum, drive system and rack. Pomegranates enter into the hopper, and the crushing device will crush the pomegranates into pieces. After that, they go into the separating drum where the fresh skin and seeds is separated. The seeds will separate out from separating seed drum.
